Most of the materials in the reactor are hazardous chemicals. If the material belongs to the material with low spontaneous combustion point and flash point, in case of leakage.
It will mix with air to form explosive mixture. If it encounters fire source (open fire, spark, static electricity, etc.), it is very easy to cause fire and explosion;
Once the material is toxic and leaks, it will lead to poisoning and suffocation; If the material quality is unqualified, there will also be the possibility of explosion.
1. Mechanical impurities enter the reactor, resulting in partial conflict and heat, leading to reactor differentiation and explosion. Treatment: be careful not to fall into mechanical impurities.
2. The increase of oxygen content in the process system will lead to the differentiation and explosion of the reactor, which generally does not exceed 1ppm. Treatment method: strictly control the oxygen content in the process system.
3. The conflict between the blade of agitator and the reactor wall will cause partial overheating, which will lead to the differentiation and explosion of stainless steel reactor. Treatment method: improve repair quality and part quality.
4. Wear and heating of bearing parts lead to overheating and temperature rise, leading to reactor differentiation and explosion. Treatment method: strictly check the quality of spare parts and improve the repair quality.
5、Too much catalyst or too fast feeding speed and too fast instantaneous temperature rise will lead to differentiation explosion. Treatment: strictly control the amount of catalyst and feed evenly.
6、Catalyst system instrument automatic control or catalyst pump working fault will lead to reactor differentiation and explosion. Treatment method: in the process of using the reactor,
It is necessary to operate in strict accordance with the operation manual and select the correct instrument and catalyst. During the reaction, it is necessary to check various instrument targets from time to time to ensure the normal operation of the reactor.
